Ever intrigued by the nature of the human mind and her desire to understand why humans think, act and behave the way they do, Natasha majored in Psychology & Neuroscience at UQ. Her deep cravings for the romance of travel then found her travelling throughout Asia, Europe and North Africa for 7 years during which time she explored Islamic, Buddhist and Hindu teachings. During her nomadic existence – Yoga FOUND HER. Graduating from the Australian College of Classical yoga in Melbourne in 2005. Her original formal influences were Classical and Ashtanga Yoga and, over the years she has been inspired by many others styles, predominantly Shiva Reas’ evolutionary form of Prana Flow Yoga, and more recently Sadie Nardini, of Core-Strength Vinyasa Yoga.
Natasha has travelled and assisted with Twee Merrigan for 7 years and taken Teacher Training with inspiring Global Master Teachers including Shiva Rea, John Friend, Simon Park, Sadie Nardini, Barbra Noh. Tash has been trained and mentored by Dr Lorin Roche, since 2010. Tash is currently taking training with Camille Maurine in her Meditation Secrets for Women internship.

Tash has taught Yoga in schools since 2005, as she has seen a need to bring the tools of self-awareness, self-care and self-management into the Education System. In collaboration with schools, NFP organisations and other passionate Yoga teachers, Tash founded the Schools Wellness Project – an organisation that delivers quality training, resources and support to Educators.

Tash has become deeply committed to offering yoga and its transformative powers out into the world. She believes that Yoga is the best therapy and means for acquiring self knowledge and self-empowerment… Yoga is where Science and Compassion meet! Natasha enjoys weaving her many passions of life (especially surfing, music and dance) into her classes and aspires to expose as many people as possible to experience yoga. Her teaching style combines intense physical energy with compassionate guidance to turn deep postures into even deeper life changes

Tash is a registered High School Science and Maths teacher as well as a certified Childrens Yoga Teacher; She enthusiastically delivers fun and creative yoga classes to children of all ages.
